Optimistic outlook after declining development
As a long-standing member of the Federal Association of Management Consultants BDU, omegaconsulting always seeks to play an active role in the association’s work. Managing Director Jean-Claude Baumer has chaired the Founding, Development and Succession Association since 2020, while Gerlinde Baumer has been a member of the Human Resources Association for many years. A particular focus of the collaboration is the development and maintenance of uniform quality standards in succession and HR consulting.
In order to remain successful in the market as a consultancy in the future, it is also important to constantly monitor current economic developments and react to them in a timely and agile manner. With this in mind, omegaconsulting is following the results of the current BDU study on the consulting market 2021 with great interest.
The development across all consulting sectors can be summarized as follows:
- Total turnover in the consulting sector fell by 3.2 percent to 34.6 billion euros in 2020
- Forecast for the current year 2021: market growth of 9.0 percent
