The basis for this is initially a stringently managed strategy process that includes a company acquisition as an option for action. The precise description of the company to be acquired (“profiling”) is the guarantee for the successful completion and integration of the company to be acquired. On this basis, omegaconsulting is commissioned to identify a company in the embedded software environment and to accompany the potential acquisition process. In this project, too, the combination of in-depth technological understanding and expertise in the implementation of the M&A process enables the best possible efficiency in the takeover process.
omegaconsulting is supporting the succession process of a technologically leading special machine manufacturer in the field of automation technology. In addition to the important process steps in the preparation of the company succession, the in-depth understanding of the special features of the business processes of a special machine manufacturer and the comprehensive technological know-how in automation technology is also a critical element for the succession process in this project.
