Building on many years of successful cooperation with the BDU – Bundesverband deutscher Unternehmensberater e. V. (Federal Association of German Management Consultants), omegaconsulting Managing Director Jean-Claude Baumer has now been appointed to the board of the BDU Association for Start-ups, Development and Succession. At face-to-face meetings and in working groups, the association discusses best practices and new trends in the consulting segment. Together, the specialist group develops quality standards, such as the “Standards of proper succession consulting” as well as working aids for clients and consultants (sample contracts).
