lernOSConvention 2022 – Knowledge management at its best!
In company succession, the question of the purchase price is the central focus of all those involved. The valuation of the assets, the key business figures and the market relevance of the company are just some of the influencing factors in determining the company value.
But what about the valuation of know-how or even the transfer of existing knowledge to the buyer / successor?
In search of a solution, Gerlinde and Jean-Claude Baumer accepted the invitation of omegaconsultingpartner and knowledge expert Sylvia Keske to this year’s lernOS Convention in Nuremberg on July 5/6. In keeping with the slogan “The Re-Return of Knowledge Management”, they experienced a very special multi-format event – from the content to the participants to the perfect orchestration of a hybrid event.
