EU Commission launches Horizon Europe (#HorizonEU)
The new 7-year funding period from 2021-2027 has begun and the funding programs are gradually being released by the EU Commission and operationally implemented in national directives by the 27 member states.
On February 2, 2021, the new Framework Programme for Research & Innovation was launched by the European Commission. A total of 95.5 billion euros is available for the 2021-2027 funding period to get new and innovative projects off the ground.
