Professional exchange and active networking with fellow consultants have always been part of omegaconsulting’s daily business. In order to maintain its position on the market as a professional and competent consulting company, it is important to keep abreast of market developments and industry trends and to exchange best practice. The omegaconsulting management once again took advantage of this opportunity at the BDU ‘s German Consultants’ Day and the SME Consultants’ Association‘s fall conference, albeit in an online format due to coronavirus. The thematic focus of both forums can be best described as the “new normal” – from new business models and new working models to new digital tools.
