SME M&A data and trends from the DACH region
The current monitor of the M&A platform Dealsuite for the 2nd half of 2021 shows interesting developments for transactions of SME companies (turnover of € 1 million – € 50 million) in the DACH region:
A brief insight into the results:
- The average EBITDA multiple is 5.85
- More orders in the SME M&A market. Half of the consultants recorded an increase in orders of at least 10%.
- The average EBITDA multiplier for an SME is lower in the neighboring countries than in the DACH region.
