Our partner Gudrun Jay-Bößl from Hanover has been a certified “Systemic Structural Constellator according to SyST®” since June 2016. She has successfully completed a three-year training course in business, organizational and team constellations. “Anyone dealing with companies should know the systemic rules – especially in change processes such as succession, purchase and sale.
