On the one hand, the special pitfalls that advisors must address in a solution-oriented manner during M&amp;A processes and contract drafting were discussed intensively. In particular, various scenarios were used to work out how the challenge of pension commitments can be solved in the event of <a href=\"https:\/\/omegaconsulting.de\/unternehmensnachfolge\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-attribute-index=\"7\" data-artdeco-is-focused=\"true\">company succession<\/a>.
