Digitalization in consulting, new business models and approaches to fee negotiations – these topics were at the top of the agenda at this year’s HR Consultants’ Day on 26 April in Bonn. A program that brought together around 200 HR professionals and consultants from all over Germany for knowledge transfer and networking.
\nomegaconsulting – a long-standing BDU member – used this year’s event to present its unique business model as part of a lecture. Managing Director Jean-Claude Baumer addressed the special requirements and solutions for the successful identification and integration of “genuine successors” in SMEs. “Assessing the entrepreneurial competence of a successor is a complex task. Nevertheless, experience shows that this is based on a gut feeling. However, in order to safeguard the company, it is absolutely essential to take an analytical and methodical approach in order to enable a sustainable assessment of the successor,” the experienced consultant summarizes. <\/p>\n
