Important findings at first glance: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The average EBITDA multiple is 5.90. A K-shaped recovery is visible in the market. <\/li>\n<li>The availability of <a href=\"https:\/\/omegaconsulting.de\/en\/about-us\/partner\/axel-deilmann\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">M&amp;A financing<\/a> is declining slightly. No easing of financing conditions and no rise in interest rates expected. <\/li>\n<li>Entrepreneurs prefer to sell companies to strategic buyers.
