It all started with an application as an assistant to the management<\/h5>\n

With his application at the beginning of 2019, Stephan Kleine directly impressed the management of omegaconsulting: “A completed apprenticeship as a bank clerk supplemented by a Master’s degree in International Business at Landshut University of Applied Sciences were the perfect prerequisites for working on our M&A<\/a> consulting mandates,” summarizes Managing Director Jean-Claude Baumer<\/a>. It therefore came as no surprise that the Master’s student quickly familiarized himself with the consulting topics of omegaconsulting and was able to support the management in all phases of the medium-sized purchase and sale mandates. <\/p>\n

The combination of expertise and passion for the topic quickly led to the idea of a supervised master’s thesis in this specialist area. The title was also quickly decided: “Post-Merger Integration in Small and Mid-Sized Enterprises Succession – An Extension of the Business Model of omegaconsulting”. As an empirical basis for his paper, Mr. Kleine conducted numerous interviews with experts from the omegaconsulting partnership<\/a> and the consultancy’s network<\/a>. The result of this “win-win” collaboration is impressive: The master’s thesis, which was graded “very good”, provides omegaconsulting with an excellent basis for the further development of its consulting services in the area of corporate succession <\/a>in SMEs. <\/p>\n
