Company succession meets university<\/h3>\n

This semester, Gerlinde Baumer<\/a> and Jean-Claude Baumer<\/a> once again took the opportunity for an open exchange with students at Landshut University of Applied Sciences<\/a>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Invited by Thomas Zinser<\/a>, the two spoke about a topic that is often underestimated in the SME sector – and where consulting goes far beyond Excel, valuation and contract logic:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

How do you accompany entrepreneurs through the most emotional phase of their professional life?<\/p>\n

They showed very clearly what succession really means today, parallel to the economic part:
\nAn interplay of responsibility, identity, letting go, change of leadership, implicit knowledge and new perspectives.<\/p>\n
