The topic of company succession is a cross-border issue for SMEs. In the Interregio project C-TEMAlp (Continuity of Traditional Enterprises in Mountain Alpine Space Areas), the Chamber of Industry and Commerce for Munich and Upper Bavaria and the Italian Chamber of Commerce Munich-Stuttgart are participating with partners from five Alpine countries. The aim of the project, which is funded by the European Union, is to improve the framework conditions for cross-border business succession in the respective regions. One focus is the development of joint services to support companies and a cross-border network of experts. omegaconsulting Managing Director Jean-Claude Baumer gladly accepted the invitation to speak on the topic of company succession at a project conference in Marseille on October 26/27.
