Axel Deilmann holds a degree in business administration and is an accredited funding consultant with over 25 years of professional and consulting experience in the SME sector. As a commercial manager of international manufacturing companies and SME management consultant, he has extensive practical experience in M&A consulting, restructuring and reorganization. He is also a board member of IBWF e.V. and an active member of the federal working groups “Subsidies” and “Restructuring, Reorganization and Insolvency”.

Gerd Jochem, who holds a degree in business administration, can look back on over 20 years of experience in management positions in the mechanical engineering sector as well as many years on the supervisory boards of numerous foreign companies. He has been advising small and medium-sized companies on M&A, succession planning and internationalization since 2011.
